All people in the world are different, and it is impossible to copy someone and create the circumstances that he had.
That is not possible!
Everyone needs to learn this as soon as possible so that he doesn’t even try to be like someone else, but to be himself, and to be aware that his originality will be sought after and respected.

Good startups need good leaders, and great ideas developed into startups build great entrepreneurs.

Not only is it impossible to “make” a great football player, but it is also impossible to “make” a great entrepreneur. They simply appear at a certain moment and in certain circumstances, often after most people have ignored and challenged them.
Most of the time, great successes come along the path of many disappointments, challenges, ignores, and rejections.

If you want to be an entrepreneur then forget the stereotypes of people who have been successful in the past; they are different.

We all know that obsession and persistence are among the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, but that unwritten rule doesn’t just apply to entrepreneurs, it applies to every individual profession.

Originality is typical to all entrepreneurs.

Our parents, friends, and bosses try to help us with their advice: “You should study there, don’t make mistakes, meet these people, dress like this, do it a certain way, be nice, yes be this, be that.”

They want to help, but they don’t understand that they are limiting your diversity and thereby limiting the extent of your success. Forcing or directing someone to conform to a template helps create a “moderately” successful template person, but truly successful people are different. They don’t follow patterns — they define new patterns.

I would never recommend any of my close friends to read books by Bill Gates, Ion Musk, or Steve Jobs if they want to be entrepreneurs.
Their success depends on many coincidences and circumstances that cannot be repeated or multiplied in other cities or other countries. That model simply does not work everywhere. Forget them, be yourself, and follow your path that is commensurate with the circumstances in which you find yourself.

It’s simply what makes us different, and gives us an unrivaled edge for success.
The entrepreneur must be prepared that he/she cannot please everyone and he/she must deal with the criticism and dissatisfaction of everyone around him/her (employees, customers, investors, partners, etc.).
It’s that price that has to be paid, it’s an integral part of every entrepreneurial story.
We are all different, not even twins are the same and never apply copy-paste solutions and experiences.

Ultimately, only two options remain:
- to accept that we are all different and to invest in our originality,
- to work for someone who figured it out before you.
